Product Introduction :
HS-5500LB/HS-5500 White epoxy acrylic cathodic electrophoretic
coating for auto is the 8th generation electrophoretic coating
researched and developed by HLS Paint (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and get
the national invention patent and the Shanghai science and
technology commission of high-tech transformation project.it represents modern technology of cathodic electrophoretic coating
that is environment-friendly with high property and low cost. Such
coating does not contain heavy metal like lead, tin, cadmium and
mercury etc. It is a two-component, water-dispersed resin. The
coating that does not contain tin element meet the latest
environ-mental regulations of European Union, North America, Japan
and other requirements in advance, which is the inevitable trend of
future environ-mental coating and low cost; meanwhile, it took in
features of previous products, and can adapt galvanized steel sheet
perfectly, almost can be applied to foundation coating of all
metal,such as: cold and hot rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet,
aluminum products, zinc-aluminum alloy sheet and stainless steel
sheet etc.
This product features shown below :
1, Low curing temperature, coating yellow degeneration resistance
is good, suitable for electrodeposition primer, and then to spray
or paint coating process, such as: oil heater, radiator, heater,
lamps and lanterns, machinery, home appliances and hardware
products and other industries.
2, Simple control of bath and wide operation range is suitable for the
operation specification and site equipment for different customers.
3, High throwing power, good internal and external uniformity.

Storage, packaging and transportation:
This product is a water-borne industrial coatings, non-hazardous,
non-inflammable and explosive products; transportation to prevent
direct sunlight, avoid freezing (>5℃ ); Packaging for 50/60/200L
Plastic barrel; in the transport and storage of drums should be
maintained clean, avoid charging the dirt brought in on drums
during filling tank, again checked and confirmed that the quality
of products, including paste resin, emulsions and additives should
be indoor storage, good ventilation, dry, protect against freezing
and overheating, the storage temperature should be controlled at
5～35℃, products from the date of production, over shelf,
experimentation is required to determine whether can continue to
use.
