Product Introduction :
HR-4000BLB Epoxy acrylic Color Cationic Electrocoat is HLS Paint
(Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the eighth generation of independent research
and development of electrophoretic coating. This coating by epoxy
acrylate modified, the film also has excellent corrosion resistance
and weatherability, smooth appearance and full, suitable as a base
topcoat system. In addition, the lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury
and other heavy metals, two-component, water dispersible resin, at
the same time, previous generations of the product characteristics,
have good adaptability to the galvanized steel, almost can be
applied to all metal coating

Main ingredients:
Pigment: Titanium pigment, Organic pigment, kaolin, antirust
pigment
Additives: surface active agent, prevent shrinkage cavity agent
Curing agent: totally enclosed multi-isocyanates
Matrix resin: acrylic modified epoxy resin

Storage, packaging and transportation :
This product is a water-borne industrial coatings, non-hazardous,
non-inflammable and explosive products; transportation to prevent
direct sunlight, avoid freezing (>5℃ ); Packaging for 50/60/200L
Plastic barrel; in the transport and storage of drums should be
maintained clean, avoid charging the dirt brought in on drums
during filling tank, again checked and confirmed that the quality
of products, including paste resin, emulsions and additives should
be indoor storage, good ventilation, dry, protect against freezing
and overheating, the storage temperature should be controlled at
5～35℃, products from the date of production, over shelf,
experimentation is required to determine whether can continue to
use.
